Edition 2025 — Bagna Cauda

In autumn 2025, the Pro Loco Marcorengo once again hosted its traditional Bagna Cauda dinner, confirming its status as one of the most beloved gastronomic events in the village of Brusasco. A convivial evening around the fujot, with the hot garlic and anchovy sauce served with seasonal vegetables and Monferrato wines, in the Pro Loco hall.

The 2025 edition of the Marcorengo Bagna Cauda renewed the autumn appointment that the Pro Loco dedicates to the iconic sauce of Piedmontese cuisine. In the Pro Loco hall in Marcorengo di Brusasco, members and guests gathered around tables set with steaming fujot, seasonal vegetables for dipping, and local wines.

As every year, the evening was not just a gastronomic moment but above all an opportunity for the hamlet's community to meet, in full harmony with the convivial spirit of Piedmontese village festivals.
