Edition 2025 — Marcialonga di ProJato
2025 Edition — Monte Iato in... Spring Festival
The 2025 edition of the Marcialonga di ProJato, part of the «Monte Iato in... Festa di Primavera» event, was postponed from April 25 to Sunday, June 1, 2025, following the national mourning for the death of Pope Francis. Activities were spread along Via Roma in San Cipirello and in the nearby Monte Jato Park, in the province of Palermo.
As per tradition, the day opened with the nature hike on Monte Iato, among the most evocative landscapes of inland Sicily, with a visit to the archaeological area. The program continued with tastings, exhibition stalls, cooking shows, workshops for children, entertainment, and live music, confirming the event as a permanent fixture in the cultural and promotional calendar of the Jato Valley.
