Edition 2025 — Zeri Mangialonga

In 2025, the Mangialonga of the Zeri Valleys once again brought hikers and food lovers to the high-altitude trails of the upper Lunigiana. Starting from Passo dei Due Santi (1,400 m), the walk crossed Monte Spiaggi, Lago Peloso, Monte Colombo, the village of Formentara, and Lago Aracci, amidst Apennine landscapes and refreshment points featuring typical Zeri products.

The 2025 edition of the Mangialonga of the Zeri Valleys confirmed the formula that has made this gourmet walk famous in the upper Lunigiana, in the municipality of Zeri (MS). From Passo dei Due Santi, at an altitude of 1,400 meters, participants followed the loop that touches Monte Spiaggi, Lago Peloso, the peaks of Monte Colombo, the alpine village of Formentara, and Lago Aracci.

Along the route, refreshment points offered specialties from the Zeri mountains — focaccia, wood-fired bread, cheeses, cured meats, and traditional desserts — celebrating local farm-to-table produce and the authentic flavors of one of the most pristine territories in the Tuscan Apennines.
