Edition 2025 — Mangè d'una volta – Cazola

During the 2025 season, Pro Loco Pombia once again offered the cazola lunch as part of the "Mangè d'una volta" series at the Centro Sociale on Via Garibaldi. A well-established event that brought the community together around the traditional cassœula, the quintessential winter dish of peasant cuisine, for an afternoon of celebration and conviviality.

The 2025 edition

The "Mangè d'una volta" series by Pro Loco Pombia APS confirmed its event dedicated to cazola, the traditional cassœula made with savoy cabbage and pork, during the 2025 winter season. The event took place at the Centro Sociale on Via Garibaldi, featuring the usual convivial lunch prepared by volunteers.

As every year, the cazola kicked off the season of traditional lunches, attracting residents and fans of old-fashioned cooking. An opportunity to rediscover the authentic flavors of the Novara region in a familiar, village-style atmosphere.
