Edition 2025 — Mandanici Olive Oil Festival

In 2025, the village of Mandanici once again renewed its appointment with the Olive Oil Festival, dedicated to the symbolic product of the Peloritani community. The historic squares hosted food and wine stalls, tastings of local extra virgin oil, mill tours, and folk performances, confirming the vitality of a tradition that promotes the territory, identity, and rural culture of the Ionian Riviera of Messina.

The 2025 edition of the Mandanici Olive Oil Festival confirmed the formula that has enlivened the village in the province of Messina for years: two days in the heart of the historic center, between Piazza Duomo and Piazza Sant'Antonio Abate, dedicated to local extra virgin olive oil.

Visitors were able to savor the oil with its characteristic golden-green color and typical Mandanici products at the exhibition stalls, participate in mill tours, and attend folk performances by groups from the Ionian Riviera. The festival reaffirmed the deep bond between Mandanici and its olive-growing tradition, preserved among the olive groves of the Peloritani Mountains.
