Malvasia Festival

The 2025 edition of the Malvasia Festival, the twenty-ninth, took place on Saturday, May 17, and Sunday, May 18, 2025, within the setting of the Rocca Sanvitale in Sala Baganza, province of Parma. The event transformed the village into a showcase of excellence for the Malvasia di Candia Aromatica of the Parma Hills.

The weekend opened on Saturday with a conference dedicated to the Malvamici project, followed by tastings and masterclasses. The Cosèta d'Or, an award for dry sparkling Malvasia established by the Pro Loco and the Municipality of Sala Baganza, was awarded to the Cerdelli winery for the third consecutive year. There were also tasting workshops and food and wine events that have made the festival one of the most anticipated in Emilia-Romagna.
