Edition 2025 — Magliano Spring Festival

In 2025, the village of Magliano, a hamlet of Sillano Giuncugnano in the upper Garfagnana, once again celebrated its Spring Festival. A day dedicated to the community and the arrival of the warm season, experienced through the streets of the historic center at the foot of Monte Tea, in keeping with the tradition of Garfagnana village festivals.

The Magliano Spring Festival represents a recurring appointment for the small village in the upper Garfagnana, in the Province of Lucca. As every year, the festival brought together the inhabitants of the village and neighboring hamlets to welcome the arrival of spring in the mountains together.

The event is part of the rich tradition of Garfagnana village festivals, characterized by conviviality, local flavors, and attachment to one's community. The village streets, with their stone houses and the ancient Church of Sant'Andrea Apostolo, provide a natural backdrop for this day of celebration in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
