Edition 2025 — Maggio dei Libri

The debut edition of Maggio dei Libri in Montalbano Elicona kicked off on April 6, 2025, at the "Domenico Popolo" theater with writer Catena Fiorello as a special guest. The calendar, which continued throughout May, brought numerous authors to the Nebrodi village, combining literary presentations and community initiatives.

The first edition of the festival, promoted by the Municipality of Montalbano Elicona, opened on April 6, 2025, at the "Domenico Popolo" theater with writer Catena Fiorello, who discussed the female protagonists of her novels with the public. The program then continued with meetings dedicated to Nadia Terranova ("Quello che so di te"), Maria Antonietta Ferraloro with her book on Tomasi di Lampedusa's The Leopard, and other authors. A successful debut that laid the foundations for the event, confirming the Messina village's focus on culture and reading.
