Maestri di Gusto Fair

The 38th edition of the "Maestri di Gusto" fair brought Pamparato back to life on Monday, April 21, 2025, bathed in the Easter Monday sun. The streets of the Monregalese village welcomed the local produce market featuring the famous furmentin polenta, alpine cheeses, honey, and paste di meliga. There was also space for demonstrations of ancient crafts, the Occitan music of Folk en Rouge, and guided tours of the village with "Castelli Aperti". The Castello Cordero hosted the exhibitions "La comunicazione nel tempo" (Communication Through Time), dedicated to vintage telephones, and "Scatto a Pamparato", a photographic exhibition by Roberto Croci. There were also plenty of excursions to discover the trails of the Casotto Valley.
