Madrepietra Run

The second edition of the Madrepietra Run took place on Sunday, October 19, 2025, through the streets of Apricena, in the Province of Foggia. Organized by ASD Atletica Apricena, the race was part of the Grand Prix Capitanata 2025 circuit and saw a large group of athletes from across the Capitanata region and Puglia at the starting line. In the men's category, victory went to local favorite Matteo Manuppelli (ASD Atletica Apricena) with a time of 33'28", while Emanuela D'Oria (ASD Foggia Running) excelled in the women's category. A day of sport and participation that confirmed the growing success of the Apricena running event.
