2025 Edition
The 2025 Madonna di Regina Coeli Festival confirmed the strong bond between the village of Villa Celiera and its Patron Saint, with a rich calendar of events in the first days of September. The religious program, organized by the San Giovanni Battista parish, featured holy masses in the Regina Coeli countryside church, the solemn procession through the streets of the historic center, and the evocative evening candlelight walk.
On the secular side, there was no shortage of free concerts in Piazza Nuova, popular games, stalls with typical Abruzzese gastronomy, and markets, in a festive atmosphere that attracts numerous visitors and emigrants returning to the village every year. The event concluded with the traditional lottery drawing, scheduled for September 9th, and the final fireworks display.
