The 2025 Edition

The 2025 festival opened with the preparatory triduum at the sanctuary from April 30 to May 2, with the rosary and mass at 5:00 PM, and the exhibition of the sacred image on Saturday, May 3. On Sunday, May 4, after the 7:00 AM mass at the sanctuary, the procession reached the Arch of Quintiliolo at 9:30 AM for the blessing of the butteri, continuing towards the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, where at 11:00 AM the welcome ceremony was held with a solemn mass presided over by the Bishop of Tivoli and Palestrina, Mauro Parmeggiani.

The procession crossed the flower carpet set up in Via Maggiore and Via de' Sosii by hundreds of master flower artists. In the afternoon, rosary, mass, and a welcome concert in the Cathedral; on Thursday, May 8, the solemnity was celebrated with masses at 7:30 AM, 10:00 AM, and 11:30 AM, followed by Eucharistic adoration. The icon remained on display in the Duomo until its return to the sanctuary, as per tradition, on the first Sunday of August.
