Edition 2025 — Madonna delle Grazie
The 2025 edition of the Madonna delle Grazie Festival took place in Ovindoli on September 8th, renewing one of the most heartfelt religious traditions of the Abruzzo village. The statue of the Madonna, restored in previous years thanks to the community's generosity, was carried in a procession through the streets of the historic center with the participation of the faithful.
Alongside the sacred rites, the festival offered civic moments typical of Marsica celebrations — with a brass band, illuminations, and the evocative evening torchlight procession — confirming the deep attachment of the Ovindoli people to their protector and the role of the festival in the town's summer, in the province of L'Aquila.
