2025 Edition: 139th Solemn Procession

The 2025 edition of the Madonna delle Grazie Festival animated Lanuvio, in the Castelli Romani, from May 5 to 18. The town dressed up for two weeks of solemn processions, religious events, and cultural demonstrations.

The most attended moment was the evening of Saturday, May 10, with the 139th Solemn Outward Procession: several hundred faithful accompanied the image of the Virgin from the Sanctuary to the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, in a pageant that crossed the historic center.

The celebrations concluded on Sunday, May 18, with the Holy Mass presided over by Bishop Monsignor Vincenzo Viva, followed by the Solemn Return Procession and the traditional fireworks at the Piazzale dei Francescani. During the week, there was no shortage of musical performances, folk shows, raffles, and lotteries to support the event.
