Edition 2025 — Madonna della Strada

In 2025, Scerni celebrated the Madonna della Strada Festival on August 15th, with religious services at the Sanctuary and the traditional Ferragosto town square festival. The event, one of the most cherished in the Vasto village, combined devotion, music, and entertainment in the heart of the historic center.

The 2025 Madonna della Strada Festival confirmed its place among the highlights of the summer in Scerni, in the province of Chieti. On August 15th, the day of Ferragosto, celebrations at the Sanctuary brought the community together in a moment of strong participation, followed by the evening town square festival with music and entertainment. The event, included in the municipal summer calendar, also served as a tourist attraction for the Vasto hinterland, promoting the traditions and identity of the Abruzzo village.
