Madonna della Pietà Festival in Villareia

The 2025 edition of the Madonna della Pietà Festival took place in Villareia, a district of the Municipality of Cepagatti in the province of Pescara, in early September, as part of the Cepagatti Summer 2025 program. The community renewed its devotion to the Marian image with solemn masses and the traditional procession through the village streets, accompanied by a brass band. The evenings organized by the festival committee combined musical performances, food stalls, and moments of conviviality, confirming the festival as one of the most cherished events of the district and the Cepagatti summer calendar.
