The 226th edition

The 2025 edition renewed the historic tradition of Campi Salentina, in the province of Lecce, with the feast of the co-patron Madonna della Mercede and its ancient fair. The highlight day, Sunday, October 19, opened at dawn with the historic Livestock Fair (7:00 AM - 1:00 PM), an opportunity to rediscover the agricultural roots of the territory.

Horses and show

In the morning, in the distillery area, the Grand Equestrian Show was held (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM), with horses and riders performing tests of elegance and technique. In the afternoon, at 3:00 PM, the 13th Horse Parade saw over thirty riders parade through the streets of the town. Along Viale Nino di Palma, stalls of crafts, sweets, and typical products, together with the Degustando taste circuit, enlivened the days of the festival.

Sunday, October 19, 2025 — 226th edition

• 07:00-13:00 — Historic Livestock Fair, exploring the agricultural roots of the territory
• 10:00-12:00 — Grand Equestrian Show, in the distillery area: elegance and technique tests for horses and riders
• 15:00 — 13th Horse Parade through the streets of the center, with over thirty participating riders

• Commercial stalls, local crafts, and gastronomic specialties along Viale Nino di Palma
• Degustando food and wine circuit with typical Salento products
• Craft fair

Religious festival

• Holy masses, procession with the statue of the Madonna della Mercede through the streets of the town, and singing of the Salve Regina in the square
