Edition 2025 — Madonna del Tindari at Tono
The 2025 edition took place from September 12 to 14 in Borgata Tono, Milazzo, celebrating the 60th anniversary of the statue's arrival in Tono (1965-2025). Three days of faith and popular celebration, featuring shows, children's entertainment, the solemn Sunday procession, and fireworks over the sea, organized by the festival committee with the Municipality of Milazzo and the patronage of the Marine Protected Area.
2025 Edition - 60th Anniversary
The 2025 edition of the Madonna del Tindari Festival at Tono was held from Friday, September 12 to Sunday, September 14, celebrating 60 years since the arrival of the venerated statue in Tono (1965-2025).
- Friday, September 12: cabaret show with Loredana Scalia in Piazza Ngonia Tono.
- Saturday, September 13: children's entertainment "Zio Salvo Bimbilandia" on Tono beach in the morning; in the evening, a concert of children's songs from the parish and a musical show by "Pooh Legend".
- Sunday, September 14: opening shots and parade of the "Giovanni Paolo II" band in the morning, Solemn Holy Mass, flower festival along Via Nettuno and Via Porticella, procession of the statue at 6:00 PM, and, in closing, a prize draw and fireworks display.
The festival was organized by the festival committee together with the parish, the Municipality of Milazzo, and with the patronage of the Capo Milazzo Marine Protected Area, in the evocative setting of the Tono bay.
Programme
Friday 12: cabaret with Loredana Scalia. Saturday 13: children's entertainment on the beach, parish children's concert, and "Pooh Legend". Sunday 14: shots, "Giovanni Paolo II" band, Holy Mass, flower festival, procession at 6:00 PM, prize draw, and fireworks.
