Edition 2025 — Madonna del Terzito

In 2025, the Madonna del Terzito Festival once again drew faithful and visitors from across the archipelago to Valdichiesa (Leni, Salina). On July 23rd, the Solemn Mass was held at the Sanctuary, followed by the procession of the Madonna del Campanello statue through the valley's vineyards and evening festivities with a brass band, market stalls, and fireworks, according to the rite passed down through generations.

The 2025 edition of the Madonna del Terzito Festival renewed one of the most deep-rooted religious traditions of the Aeolian Islands in Valdichiesa, a village of Leni on the island of Salina (province of Messina). On July 23rd, the Sanctuary of Maria SS. del Terzito was the hub of the celebrations, with a Solemn Mass in the morning and the procession of the Madonna statue in the afternoon.

As every year, the day concluded with popular festivities: brass band, market stalls along the valley roads, and traditional fireworks in the Salina sky, in an atmosphere combining devotion and community celebration.
