Madonna del Ponte 2025
The 2025 Madonna del Ponte Feast in Acquarica del Capo, a district of Presicce-Acquarica (LE), was held on September 13th and 14th. The two days combined, as per tradition, Marian devotion with folklore and entertainment.
The religious heart of the feast was the procession with the statue of the Madonna through the streets of the town, accompanied by the brass band concert. The evenings offered moments of comedy and live music, with the "La Quadriglia" show and a concert by the Salento singer Enzo Petrachi. Completing the atmosphere were the illuminations and the usual fair dedicated to local craft products and Salento gastronomic specialties.
In the days leading up to the feast, from September 8th to 12th, the district games of the "Palio del Ponte" took place, reaching their 32nd edition, at the Acquarica oratory sports fields.
