2025 Carmine Feast in Noicattaro

The 2025 edition of the Madonna del Carmine Patronal Feast took place in Noicattaro (BA) from July 17 to 20, spanning four days that intertwined spirituality, history, and popular entertainment.

The heart of the feast consisted of solemn liturgical celebrations in the Church of Santa Maria del Carmine and the long procession with the venerated effigy of the Madonna through the streets of the old town. Accompanying the religious rites was a rich civil program: artistic illuminations, brass band performances and evening concerts in the square, street markets, stalls, rides, and food stands, alongside cultural activities and moments dedicated to children. The traditional pyrotechnic shows concluded the festivities, confirming the Carmine feast as the most cherished event for the local community.

2025 Festivities Program (July 17-20)

• Religious celebrations — Holy masses and novena in the Church of Santa Maria del Carmine, with the solemn procession of the Madonna del Carmine and the prophet Elijah through the streets of the historic center.
• Artistic illuminations — Lighting of the town's main streets and squares.
• Music and bands — Performances by brass bands and evening concerts.
• Gastronomy — Food stands, street markets, and stalls.
• Families and children — Rides, cultural activities, and workshops for children.
• Pyrotechnic shows — Fireworks at the conclusion of the festivities.
