Madonna del Carmine Festival

2025 Edition

In 2025, the Madonna del Carmine Festival in San Pier Niceto (Messina) offered, alongside religious celebrations, an evening of great appeal: on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 10:00 PM, in the town's main square, the comedy show by Uccio De Santis, 'Non so che fare prima', was performed with free admission. Through family stories, village anecdotes, parodies, and sketches, the Apulian actor entertained a large audience with his comedy based on improvisation.

As per tradition, the 2025 festivities kept the devotion to the Virgin of Mount Carmel at the center, with masses, the rosary, and the procession of the statue through the streets of the center, accompanied by illuminations and the concluding fireworks.
