Edition 2025 — Madonna del Carmine
The 2025 edition of the Madonna del Carmine Festival was held in Mesagne from July 15th to 17th, featuring three evenings of music and tradition. The lineup included the Salento folk group Terraròss, brass band concerts, and, as a grand finale, a concert by singer-songwriter Michele Zarrillo in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II.
2025 Edition
The 2025 Patronal Feast of the Madonna del Carmine took place in Mesagne from July 15th to 17th, under the banner of "faith, music, and tradition." The three evenings enlivened the historic center with illuminations, processions, and concerts.
- July 15th – Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, 9:30 PM: concert by the group Terraròss, dedicated to Apulian and Mediterranean folk music; procession accompanied by a brass band.
- July 16th – Piazza Porta Grande, 9:30 PM: performance by the historic Banda "Walter Tommasino" Città di Manduria.
- July 17th – Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, 10:00 PM: concert by singer-songwriter Michele Zarrillo; in the evening, the solemn closing procession accompanied by the Youth Band of Mesagne.
In 2025, the festival once again confirmed the strong bond of Mesagne, "Civitas Mariae", with its patron saint.
