Maccheroni a Fezze Festival in Rocca Sinibalda

The 2025 Edition

On Saturday, August 9, 2025, Rocca Sinibalda hosted a new edition of the festival dedicated to maccheroni a fezze. From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the village was brought to life by the outdoor painting competition, open to artists of all ages and levels, who painted en plein air among the alleys of the historic center; registrations were managed directly by the Pro Loco.

From 8:00 PM, the food stall opened with the evening's signature dish: handmade maccheroni a fezze, served with a rich sausage sauce and topped with abundant local pecorino, with a basil version for vegetarians. The evening was accompanied by singer-songwriter Federico Marcelli with the show «Between Music and Poetry».

At the end of the event, the Pro Loco publicly thanked the participants and volunteers, confirming their intention to repeat the appointment the following summer.
