Edition 2025 — Maccherone al Pettine Festival

In 2025, the Maccherone al Pettine Festival celebrated its 35th edition in Pieve di Cento, over two consecutive weekends: June 27-28-29 and July 4-5-6, 2025. Every evening, from 7:00 PM, the "Francesco Cavicchi" Sports Centre's Multi-purpose Hall welcomed guests with hand-rolled pasta and traditional Emilian sauces, from Bolognese ragù to parmesan cream with guanciale, and the "sugo alla pievese".

The 35th edition of the Maccherone al Pettine Festival was held in Pieve di Cento (BO) on the weekends of June 27-28-29 and July 4-5-6, 2025, with stalls opening every evening from 7:00 PM at the "Francesco Cavicchi" Sports Centre's Multi-purpose Hall.

In 2025 too, organized by the Pro Loco of Pieve di Cento, the festival offered hand-rolled maccherone al pettine with its typical toppings—ragù, ham, parmesan cream with guanciale, and the famous "sugo alla pievese"—accompanied by grilled dishes, sausage with baked potatoes, and traditional Emilian desserts.
