Lunatici — Mental Health Escape Room and Festival

The first edition of Lunatici

In 2025, the Lunatici project debuted in Trentino with a unique experience: an educational escape room on mental health hosted at Palazzo de Maffei in Lavis, open from November 3 to December 6. The initiative recorded a boom in participation, with over a thousand bookings collected in the first few days.

Around the escape room, a widespread festival was developed with over 35 events distributed across the municipalities of Trento, Lavis, and Rovereto: talks, exhibitions, workshops, and meetings with writers, professionals, and artists. A pre-festival, with introductory evenings, had anticipated the themes of the edition. The initiative, conceived by the A.M.A. Association of Trento with the Caritro Foundation, Rotary Valli Trentine, and the support of the municipalities of Lavis and Trento, involved a network of twenty local partners.
