Luci nel Bosco — 23rd Festival of Cinema of the Real and the Unreal

The 2025 edition of the Festival of Cinema of the Real and the Unreal, the 22nd, was titled IMPROVVISAZIONI! and took place on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the Castello Volante in Corigliano d'Otranto, from 8 PM until dawn. On the castle terraces, two outdoor screens offered a selection of works from the national and international documentary scene.

Among the scheduled titles were the Apulian premiere of Acqua, porta via tutto by Albanian director Roland Sejko, with music by Teho Teardo, and the documentary Si dice di me by Isabella Mari, featuring actress Marina Rippa, dedicated to theater workshops with women from difficult neighborhoods in Naples. The evening, curated by artistic director Paolo Pisanelli, confirmed the festival's dedication to non-fiction cinema and experimentation, in keeping with its bond with the Salento territory and Puglia.
