Lucciolata of Locara

The 2025 edition of the Lucciolata of Locara brought back to the hamlet of San Bonifacio (VR) its evocative procession of torches and candles along the village streets. Promoted by the parish of San Giovanni Battista, the evening combined a moment of faith—with Mass animated by the parish choir—with solidarity, through fundraising for facilities that assist terminally ill cancer patients. The traditional lottery completed the event, contributing to the charitable cause. An event that each year renews the bond between spirituality and social commitment in the small Locara community.
