Edition 2025 — Lucca in Maschera

The third edition of Lucca in Maschera, in 2025, confirmed the Lucchese Carnival tradition with a month of initiatives: the spectacular Laser Light Show at Caffè delle Mura, the grand mask parade on the Walls on February 23rd, the Allegra Baccanata party, and the Carnival Grand Ball with the Lucca Philharmonic.

The 2025 edition of Lucca in Maschera, the third of the event, enlivened Lucca between February and March. Among the most anticipated events were the Laser Light Show at Caffè delle Mura (February 16th), with three-dimensional light effects and synchronized music, and the Allegra Baccanata on February 22nd in Corso Garibaldi and Piazza Antelminelli.

The highlight came on Sunday, February 23rd, with the grand mask parade on the Walls of Lucca and in the historic center, starting from Porta Sant'Anna. The program concluded in March with the children's Carnival party (March 1st), the CarnevalFratta in the Fratta district (March 2nd), and the Carnival Grand Ball at the Auditorium San Romano with the Lucca Philharmonic (March 8th).
