Lucca Classica Music Festival

The 11th edition of the Lucca Classica Music Festival was held from April 23 to 27, 2025, offering over 60 events spread across the most evocative locations in Lucca's historic center. Five days packed with appointments, from morning until late at night, brought together big names from the music scene and new generations of performers.

Among the most anticipated guests was Oscar winner Nicola Piovani with «Note a margine», an autobiographical journey through music, cinema, and theater. Particularly moving was the performance of Vivaldi's Four Seasons, with violin soloist Marco Rizzi playing instruments crafted from the wood of migrant boats. The grand finale was entrusted to the Orchestra and dancers of the Notte della Taranta on Sunday, April 27.
