The 2025 edition of the Löwenzahnwochen am Deutschnonsberg took place from April 12 to May 11, 2025, involving the villages of the German-speaking Upper Val di Non, including the municipality of Proves/Proveis, in the Province of Bolzano.

For nearly a month, participating restaurants offered specialties based on dandelion - salads, canederli, desserts, herbal teas, and homemade bread - alongside a program of conferences, workshops, and guided hikes. There were also farmers' markets with traditional dishes, musical festivals, and moments of play and entertainment for children, in the intimate and authentic atmosphere typical of this corner of the South Tyrolean mountains.
