Lou Journ di Rei / 1st Putagè Festival

The inaugural edition of Lou Journ di Rei, promoted by the Mamo Educational Foundation ETS with the Municipality of Acceglio, brought the upper Maira Valley village to life for three days.

On Saturday, January 4, the event opened at the town hall with a concert by the Violonaires group and the special opening of the Clock Museum, followed by a visit to the Museum of Sacred Art in Chiappera, family workshops, and the astronomical presentation "The stars of the Three Kings". On Sunday, January 5, the market, carriage rides, a musical show with the piva, and a concert by the Madamé group at the Birrificio Alp took place. On Monday, January 6, the day of the Epiphany, a puppet show, a grand dance with the broom, and the traditional burning of the parisso closed the festival.
