Edition 2025 — Vezzolano Hike

In 2025, the event was titled "From Berzano to Vezzolano on the trail of orchids": a 13 km loop hike on trail 161, through the woods and vineyards of the Asti hills during the wild orchid blooming season. Starting from Piazza del Municipio in Berzano di San Pietro with a guided tour of the Abbey of Vezzolano, the initiative combined hiking, botanical interest, and Romanesque heritage.

The 2025 edition, titled "From Berzano to Vezzolano on the trail of orchids", featured a loop hike of approximately 13 km along trail 161, through the woods and vineyards of Berzano di San Pietro, in the Province of Asti.

Organized by the Municipality of Berzano di San Pietro and the InCollina association as part of the Walking the Po Hills series, the excursion focused on the blooming of wild orchids and a guided tour of the Abbey of Santa Maria di Vezzolano. The meeting point was in Piazza del Municipio, with a packed lunch at the San Pietro panoramic viewpoint and a participation fee of 10 euros including insurance.
