Longiano in Danza 2025 — 11th Edition

From July 20 to 25, 2025, Longiano hosted the eleventh edition of its international dance festival-stage, organized by the Laboratorio Danza e Teatro directed by Heidi Pasini with the patronage of the Municipality. The stage brought together between 150 and 180 students, divided into four levels — from young dancers (7-9 years old) to advanced dancers (15-20 years old).

The study program alternated classical technique (pointe work, pas de deux, repertoire, male technique), contemporary dance, choreographic workshop, and complementary subjects such as the history of music and dance, ballet body progressive technique, and postural yoga. Among the teachers and guests of the edition were Frederic Olivieri, director of the Ballet School of Teatro alla Scala in Milan, former prima ballerina Paola Vismara, choreographer Mauro Bigonzetti, and Scala soloist Mattia Semperboni as guest. The activities took place between the Petrella Theatre, the municipal gym, the Ilario Fioravanti hall, and the Pertini hall, with the usual evening gala to close the week.
