Edition 2025 — Lom a Merz

The 2025 edition of Lom a Merz in Borgo Tossignano once again featured the rite of the propitiatory bonfire in Piazza Unità d'Italia, with the Pro Loco's food stand, the lighting of the fire at 8:00 PM, and musical entertainment, as part of the Romagnolo festival at the end of February.

In 2025, Lom a Merz once again animated Piazza Unità d'Italia in Borgo Tossignano. The Pro Loco's food stand offered traditional Romagnolo dishes — polenta with ragù, piadina with sausage, ficattola, and mulled wine — while at 8:00 PM, the great bonfire was lit. This was followed by musical entertainment with Archam, demonstrations of ancient crafts, and the sale of local products. The event was part of the widespread Lom a Merz 2025 festival (February 26 - March 3), with over forty events held at farms, agriturismos, and cultural rural sites in Romagna.
