Lòm a Mèrz

In 2025, Lòm a Mèrz once again animated Piazza Matteotti in Imola, reviving the ancient Romagnol tradition of March fires. Starting from late afternoon, the square welcomed the handicrafts market, the food stall with fried piadina from Fontanelice, mulled wine, and traditional sweets, accompanied by musical entertainment from DJ Fighet. In the evening, the city-wide torchlight procession of Imola skaters reached the square for the lighting of the great propitiatory bonfire, the highlight of the festival, followed by a musical performance. The event, free and organized by Pro Loco Imola, confirmed its popularity among the late winter events in the Imola area.
