Edition 2025 — Loidner Morkt

In 2025, the Loidner Morkt once again renewed its appointment with the traditional market of Laion. In the village center, closed to traffic for the occasion, stalls of local products and culinary stands run by associations welcomed residents and visitors, featuring Krapfen, Tirtlen, and South Tyrolean specialties from the farming tradition of Val Gardena.

The 2025 edition of the Loidner Morkt confirmed the vitality of this village tradition in Laion (Lajen), in the Province of Bolzano. As every year, the market enlivened the village center with stalls of local products and general goods, while local associations took care of the culinary hospitality.

The farmers' wives of the Agricultural Union offered Krapfen and Tirtlen, specialties of mountain cuisine, and the equestrian association served goulash soup and sour soup. The square and central areas were closed to traffic to allow for strolling among the stalls. Free admission.
