Logos 2025: the 'edition zero'
On November 29, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Parco Villa Filippina in Palermo hosted the edition zero of Logos – Words from the Mediterranean, a dynamic and participatory preview designed to engage the city. Directed by Nadia Terranova and promoted by the Kalós publishing house, the day brought together great voices of literature.
The guest of honour was Spanish writer Manuel Vilas, who took part in a conversation with the artistic director. Alongside him were Sicilian talents such as Stefania Auci, Roberto Alajmo, Beatrice Monroy, semiotician Gianfranco Marrone, and director Costanza Quatriglio, as well as the talk "Which festival for the city of Palermo?". The 'edition zero' laid the foundations for the festival, confirming Palermo as a cultural crossroads of the Mediterranean.
