Edition 2025 — Lodi Palio

The 2025 edition of the Palio di Lodi brought the historical procession of the districts and the traditional races with wooden horses back to Piazza della Vittoria: the ring joust, the puledrìn, and the cursa dei cavai, preceded in the morning by mass in the Cathedral.

In 2025, the Palio di Lodi once again animated the first Sunday of October with its unmistakable formula. The historical procession crossed the city center with participants, drummers, and flag-wavers, re-enacting episodes of Lodi's history, while in Piazza della Vittoria the three races that award the banner were held. A day of popular celebration that attracts Lodi residents and visitors to the city every year, confirming the Palio as one of the most characteristic re-enactments in the province of Lodi.
