Edition 2025 — Local Flavours Festival
In 2025, the Local Flavours Festival enlivened Valbondione concurrently with the last opening of the Serio Falls, with food stalls of typical products from Bergamo, cheesemaker demonstrations, folk music, and activities for families at the Sports Hall.
The 2025 edition of the Local Flavours Festival confirmed the combination with the spectacle of the Serio Falls, drawing visitors and mountain enthusiasts to Valbondione.
At the Sports Hall, the stalls offered dishes of the valley tradition — polenta, casoncelli, cheeses, and chestnuts — while cheesemaker demonstrations and folk music animated a day dedicated to the flavours of the upper Val Seriana.
