Edition 2025 — Lo Spiraglio

The 15th edition of Lo Spiraglio took place from April 10 to 13, 2025, at the MAXXI in Rome. The Lo Spiraglio - Fondazione Roma Solidale Onlus Award went to director Paolo Genovese, while the Jorge Garcia Badaracco Award for Best Feature Film was awarded to Il mio compleanno by Christian Filippi.

The fifteenth edition of Lo Spiraglio Mental Health Film Festival was held from April 10 to 13, 2025, at the MAXXI in Rome, confirming the formula that combines film competition, meetings, and reflection on the theme of psychological distress. The Lo Spiraglio - Fondazione Roma Solidale Onlus Award was presented to director Paolo Genovese, creator of Perfetti sconosciuti and Follemente. The Jorge Garcia Badaracco Award for Best Feature Film went to Il mio compleanno by Christian Filippi. This edition, promoted by the ASL Roma 1 Mental Health Department with Roma Capitale, was also held with free admission in the heart of the Flaminio district.
