Edition 2025 — Lo Pan Ner Challand-Saint-Anselme

In October 2025, Lo Pan Ner reignited the Tilly bakery and opened the Ruvère mill in Challand-Saint-Anselme. Featuring black bread baking, children's entertainment, the Bocona' snack with typical products, and a roasted chestnut gathering at the municipal pavilion, the festival celebrated the Alpine rye bread tradition alongside over fifty Aosta Valley municipalities.

The 2025 edition of Lo Pan Ner in Challand-Saint-Anselme was spread over several days. At the Tilly bakery, black bread baking began in the morning, followed in the afternoon by children's entertainment and the Bocona' snack with typical Aosta Valley products and freshly baked bread.

The Ruvère mill opened its doors to visitors in the afternoon, while a roasted chestnut gathering (castagnata) with distribution of chestnuts and hot drinks was held at the municipal pavilion. The event was part of the large cross-border festival that, over a single weekend, reignited the communal ovens of over fifty municipalities in the Aosta Valley and across the Alps.
