Living Nativity of Sommatino

The 2024/2025 edition of the Living Nativity of Sommatino confirmed the vitality of a Christmas tradition deeply felt in the Nisseno town. The inauguration took place on December 26, 2024, with entry from Palazzo Cigno, which opened its doors to welcome visitors into the magic of Christmas. The opening evenings covered the end of December and the days leading up to Epiphany.

As per tradition, the historic center hosted the living tableaux of the Nativity and scenes of life from the past, animated by local performers. The event was realized with the support of the municipal administration and the Pastoral Unit, in collaboration with local associations, and attracted visitors from neighboring towns in the Caltanissetta area.
