Edition 2025 — Living Nativity of Rocchetta

The 2025 edition of the Living Nativity of Rocchetta Sant'Antonio, scheduled for Saturday, December 27, and Sunday, December 28, was defined as the richest ever. Over 160 costumed actors, from newborns to a 79-year-old, animated the historic center, which was transformed into a "nativity within a nativity." The performance began at 7:00 PM with the soldiers' procession from the Church of the Maddalena, winding through the Castello d'Aquino and the village's historic palaces.

The 2025 Living Nativity of Rocchetta Sant'Antonio took place on Saturday, December 27, and Sunday, December 28, starting at 7:00 PM with the soldiers' procession from the Church of the Maddalena. Presented as the most elaborate edition ever produced, it involved over 160 costumed actors of all ages, including guests from the Reception and Integration System.

The route reproduced the trades, artisan workshops, and domestic activities of the biblical era through 14 artisan and gastronomic workshops, with tastings of 44 typical dishes and 2 local wines. The Nativity scene was interpreted by a real local family, with a baby born in the autumn playing the role of Jesus. The event, organized by the Liberamente Cultural Association with the parish and volunteers, was part of the "Christmas in Rocchetta" program, which ran until January 10.
