Edition 2025 — Motta Living Nativity

The first edition of the Motta Sant'Anastasia Living Nativity debuted in December 2024, on December 26, 27, and 28, 2024, and January 5 and 6, 2025. Born from the local parish community with the patronage of the Municipality, the event brought the Nativity performance to the streets of the historic center for the first time, receiving great public participation from the very first evening.

The year 2024 marked the debut of the Living Nativity of Motta Sant'Anastasia. The first edition took place along Via Immacolata and Via Regina Bianca, in the historic center, allowing visitors to relive the Nativity in an atmosphere from over two thousand years ago.

Promoted by the local parish community with the patronage of the Municipality of Motta Sant'Anastasia, the event recorded great success from the very first evening, laying the foundations to become a fixed appointment for Christmas in the Etna village in the province of Catania.
