Living Nativity at the Sanctuary of Beato Giacomo

Living Nativity 2024-2025 in Bitetto

The 39th edition of the Living Nativity at the Convent of Beato Giacomo took place between the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025, confirming the vitality of a Franciscan tradition that is now nearly forty years old. During the days between Christmas and Epiphany, visitors walked through the display featuring ancient crafts and a Renaissance setting, with the presence of Beato Giacomo and the Holy Family in period costumes.

Alongside the nativity scene, there was the Santa's Village with the Christmas market and the exhibition of nativity art. As every year, the representation concluded on January 6, 2025, with the arrival of the Three Wise Men on horseback and the homage to the nativity.
