Republic Day is celebrated with music

In Limbiate, in the province of Monza and Brianza, Republic Day is celebrated with a grand open-air lyrical-symphonic concert. Limbiate InCanta brings an evening of classical and popular music to Piazza Aldo Moro, designed to engage a wide, intergenerational audience, promoted by the Municipality of Limbiate.

Tenor Davide Carbone

The protagonist of the 2026 edition is tenor Davide Carbone, ambassador of the Andrea Bocelli Foundation, accompanied by the Italian Academy – Città di Limbiate orchestra. The evening will be hosted by a well-known voice from Italian radio. The program alternates lyrical and symphonic pieces capable of thrilling even those who do not regularly attend classical music.

A concert with a solidarity value

Limbiate InCanta is not just entertainment: the event has an important charitable purpose. The proceeds from the evening support a social project in Brazil, designed to keep children away from the dangers of the street and to create a choir, complete with uniforms for the young singers. A concrete gesture that links music with solidarity.

A square for everyone

The concert is held in Piazza Aldo Moro, the civic heart of the city and a symbolic place for major events in Limbiate. In case of bad weather, the event will be moved to the municipal theatre. Admission is free, making Republic Day a community moment open to all citizens.
