Li Cillitt Festival

On August 10, 2025, Monteferrante celebrated the Li Cillitt Festival, included in the "A Summer Among the Hospitable Villages 2025" program of the Trabocchi Coast and the hinterland villages. From 7:00 PM to midnight, the historic center was animated by the tasting of the traditional pastry filled with grape jam, black cherries, and cooked grape must, prepared by the village families.

Along the village streets, "The Collection of Wishes" was set up with drawings by children and teenagers, while at the belvedere, the Gruppo Astrofili Frentani set up telescopes for sky observation during the nights around the feast of San Lorenzo, as part of the traveling event "August Skies".
