Leverano Summer Festival

In 2025, Leverano Summer enlivened the town from late June until September with dozens of cultural events. The festival opened on June 22 with the theatrical performance "Ufficiosa…mente" in the cloister of the Convento Santa Maria delle Grazie and alternated theater, concerts, cinema, and meetings with authors throughout the summer.

Among the highlights were the Locomotive Jazz Festival (now in its 20th edition) at Parco Patula Cupa with Alessandro D'Alessandro, the "Teatro Brillante" series in mid-July, concerts by the Orchestra di Fiati Federico II, and the conclusion with the "Notte Bianca dei Ragazzi" on September 6, featuring music, theater, readings, and art in Piazza Roma and the historic center.

June 2025

• June 22, 9:00 PM — Theatrical performance "Ufficiosa…mente", cloister of the Convento Santa Maria delle Grazie.
• June 27, 8:30 PM — "Il canto dell'olio, il lamento degli ulivi"; followed at 10:00 PM by the screening of the film "No other land" (charity evening for Gaza) in the convent garden.

July 2025

• July 4 — Locomotive Jazz Festival (20th edition) at Parco Patula Cupa, with Alessandro D'Alessandro.
• July 5, 8:30 PM — Presentation of the book "Cento (e uno) caffè con Dante" by Paolo Farina.
• July 9–11 — Concerts with the trio "Le 13" and the Orchestra di Fiati Federico II.
• July 14–20 — "Teatro Brillante" series with "Recitando sotto le stelle" and "Lu senatore".

August 2025

• Musical evenings with SIAKA, Summer Time Blues Band, and Eclypse, as well as book presentations and theatrical shows.

September 2025

• September 6 — "Notte Bianca dei Ragazzi": music, theater, readings, and art in the historic center and Piazza Roma.
