Edition 2025 — Leonardo's Day
Leonardo's Day 2025 was celebrated on Sunday, April 27, in Vinci, in the province of Florence, on the theme "The First Flight", in homage to Leonardo's studies on human flight.
The program brought together over thirty initiatives including art, performances, culture, and street art. The unmissable rituals of the festival returned: the laying of the laurel wreath at the birthplace in Anchiano, the historical pageant, and the cake-cutting. Among the proposals, for the second consecutive year, the artists Primera presented the immersive show "Three Memories of Leonardo", dedicated to three emotional bonds of the Genius. Among the year's novelties, an exhibition of aircraft and hang gliders curated by Heli Center and Tuscany Flight, in line with the theme of flight.
In 2025 as well, the event, organized by the Pro Loco of Vinci, was free of charge.
